Community Music - offers Saturday classes throughout the school year for students ages 3-18 in addition to programs for adults. Community Music offers 4-6 free concerts for children on Saturdays. Tufts music students also serve as mentors for Somerville and Medford public schools.
Eliot-Pearson Children's School - this school serves as a model and demonstration facility, providing a training and observation site for new and experienced teachers and a research facility for faculty and supervised students in the Department of Child Development.
Gap Junction After School Program - an afterschool program conducted by veterinary students for middle school students in the Grafton/Worcester area.
SMARTS Leadership and Mentoring Program - a unique mentoring program designed by the Research Institute for Learning and Development to build a supportive community of students with learning and attention differences.
Tufts Educational Day Care Center - an innovative year-round, full-day educational preschool and kindergarten program. The Center is a laboratory school staffed by teachers, graduate teaching assistants and undergraduate interns, and serves a range of children in this inclusive setting.
Writing Fellows Program: Clemente Course Tutoring - Tufts Writing Fellows, who are trained undergraduate tutors, have the opportunity to run writing workshops and provide writing assistance to adults enrolled in the DotWell/Bard College Clemente Course in the Humanities at the Codman Square Health Center in Dorchester.
