The ARRAYS Project - an award which focuses on improving science education at the undergraduate, graduate and K-12 levels. The four year term for the award began in 2006 and will conclude in 2010.

and interests through an online database.
Center for STEM Diversity - to help Tufts University diversify the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields. We focus on increasing participation of women and students from groups traditionally underrepresented in engineering and science. We also work with students who are the first in their families to attend college, and with students from lower-income backgrounds. We are an inclusive organization, and any student, staff, or faculty who is interested in helping diversify the STEM fields is welcome at the Center for STEM Diversity.
Chemistry Outreach Progam - Science outreach program to local schools.
Chemistry Summer Research Experience - This program is designed to allow a small number of local high school students to gain summer research experience in a chemistry lab.
The Fulcrum Institute- this program aims to prepare a group of Educators in Science who will implement and lead research-centered science learning and teaching in their schools and districts. Participants advance their professional knowledge and status through the Institute’s credit-bearing, three-graduate-course sequence which focus on investigations in physical science and the teaching of science in K-8 classrooms.
Leonard Carmichael Society: Literacy and Education - a sub-group of the Leonard Carmichael Society which offers services and advocacy to promote literacy and education in Tufts' host communities. This sub-group includes ASAP (SAT Tutoring), ESL (English as a Second Language) for OneSource, Junior Achievement, Kids to College, and Tutoring.
PACE CENTER: Transforming Elementary Science through LEGO™ Engineering Design - This is an NSF funded research project involving a small number of student volunteers each year to assist elementary school teachers with implementing a LEGO based science program in their classrooms.
Tufts Center for Engineering Educational Outreach Academic Enrichment Workshops - The CEEO uses LEGO and other hands-on tools to help students explore the engineering design process, math, science and engineering using open-ended design challenges.
Tufts Literacy Corps - places, trains and supervises Tufts students who help children with reading, writing and mathematics through three core tutoring programs and several student-run initiatives.
Wright Center for Science Education - dedicated to creating and sharing novel instructional techniques and interdisciplinary resources for pre-college teachers.
